Review manufacturing routes, MOQ, samples, decoration, approval records and the information needed for a project-specific quotation.
Choosing the manufacturing route
Does DRIOV sell blank apparel and make full custom clothing?
Yes. Buyers can select a developed blank and add printing, embroidery, labels or packaging, or use full custom development when fit, construction, fabric or garment-level details must change.
How do I choose between a blank and full custom?
Start with what must change. If a developed garment already meets the fit and construction brief, blank customization can focus on branding. If the garment itself must be developed, use the full custom route.
Can I switch routes after review?
A project can be redirected when the first route cannot meet a requirement, but sampling, cost and timing should then be reviewed again against the new scope.
MOQ, pricing and timing
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is reviewed by garment, fabric, colour, trim, decoration and production route. A single website-wide number would be misleading before the brief is known.
What information is needed for a quote?
Share garment category, reference or product link, quantity range, colours, sizes, decoration, labels, destination and target timing. Add a tech pack when fit or construction is original.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on product readiness, material availability, sample revisions, approvals, quantity and process. Share the required date and destination so feasibility can be reviewed.
Can I get pricing without final artwork?
A preliminary route may be discussed with an approximate size, colour count and placement, but production pricing requires a clearer garment and decoration scope.
Samples, decoration and approvals
Can I request a sample?
Yes. The relevant sample may be an existing blank, a decorated garment, a strike-off or a newly developed full custom sample. Scope and any cost depend on what needs approval.
Which decoration methods are available?
Screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, heat transfer and selected effects can be reviewed with the garment. Suitability depends on fabric, artwork, placement and intended use.
Can I add private labels and packaging?
Private labels, size or care labels, hangtags and packaging can be coordinated when construction, artwork, mandatory wording, SKU mapping and supplier minimums are reviewed.
What becomes the production reference?
The approved garment or sample, current artwork, specification, colour references and recorded comments should form one controlled approval record.
Files, quality and delivery context
Can I send artwork or a tech pack?
Submit the enquiry first, then reply to the confirmation email with source artwork, references or the current tech pack. File-upload handling is not part of the first website release.
How is product quality checked?
Inspection should compare the order with the accepted garment, measurements, workmanship, decoration and packing criteria. The exact plan depends on the project rather than a universal claim.
Do you guarantee EU customs clearance?
No blanket customs guarantee is made. Product information, documentation and destination requirements must be reviewed for the specific project, and the buyer should confirm applicable market obligations.
