Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DRIOV handles personal information through driov.com when you browse the website, send a sourcing or manufacturing enquiry, or contact us using a linked channel.
Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by 厦门逐欧未服饰有限公司, trading internationally as Driov Clothing Co. Ltd. and DRIOV. The company is the personal information handler and, where applicable, the data controller responsible for the processing described in this policy.
Registered address: Room 219-3, No. 10 Hengsheng Road, Houxi Town, Xiamen, Fujian 361000, China. Privacy enquiries and requests can be sent to wholesale@driov.com.
Information we collect
An enquiry may include your name, business email, company or brand, country or market, phone or WhatsApp number, garment type, estimated quantity and the project details you choose to provide. Follow-up correspondence may include artwork, specifications or other files you send separately.
For website operation and security, hosting providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, request time and security signals. The site also stores your cookie preference in your browser. Optional analytics or campaign data is processed only after the relevant consent.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required so we can identify and respond to the enquiry and record your acknowledgement of this policy. If you do not provide them, the website cannot submit the enquiry. All other enquiry fields are optional, and you can instead contact wholesale@driov.com.
How and why we use information
- To review, route and respond to your enquiry and prepare requested commercial follow-up.
- To maintain a business record of specifications, decisions and correspondence.
- To secure the website, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery or availability problems.
- To understand aggregate website use or campaign performance only when you have enabled the relevant optional category.
Depending on the applicable law, these activities rely on your request before a possible contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, legal obligations, or your consent for optional measurement.
Enquiry handling and service providers
Website enquiries may pass through Cloudflare infrastructure, an approved transactional email service and the DRIOV enterprise mailbox so authorized team members can respond. The website delivery endpoint is not intended to act as the long-term archive for the full enquiry; the business mailbox and approved working records hold the correspondence needed for follow-up.
After the business notification is accepted by our email service, we send a confirmation to the email address you supplied, including your enquiry reference and submitted requirements. To prevent duplicate sends, a short-term record on Cloudflare stores a submission identifier, a one-way digest, the reference, expiry time and delivery status, but not the form text, name or email address. Submission identifiers are valid for seven days; these records are scheduled for deletion eight days after the identifier is created. Replies to the confirmation reach our enterprise mailbox and do not trigger another website confirmation.
With the relevant consent, DRIOV uses Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement and Google Ads for campaign measurement. These services are not loaded through this site before the matching consent category is enabled. External email and WhatsApp links are governed by the provider you choose to use.
Retention
Enquiry and correspondence records that do not become an active customer project are retained for up to three years after the last meaningful interaction. Records connected with agreed work may be kept for the duration of the business relationship and longer where required for accounting, legal obligations or dispute management. Security and provider logs follow the applicable provider schedules. Records are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for these purposes. Your browser keeps the consent preference until you change it, clear site data or the storage is otherwise removed.
Your rights and choices
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to certain processing, request a portable copy where available, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email wholesale@driov.com so we can review the request and verify the relevant record.
If you believe your personal information has been handled unlawfully, you may first contact us so we can investigate. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection or personal information protection authority that has jurisdiction where you live or work, or where the issue occurred, subject to applicable law.
You can reject or change optional cookies at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for the categories and controls.
International processing and security
DRIOV works with overseas buyers and service providers, so information may be processed in more than one country. We use access controls and provider arrangements appropriate to the selected workflow, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Automated decision-making
DRIOV does not use information collected through this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Enquiries are reviewed by authorized team members.
Updates and related terms
We update the review date when this policy, a provider or the website data flow materially changes. Use of the website is also subject to the Website Terms & Conditions.
