A hoodie built around your design.
Start with the garment you want to create. As a custom hoodie manufacturer, DRIOV develops the pattern, fabric, hood, pockets, rib, decoration and trims around your requirements.
Bring a complete design or an early idea. We can help turn your references into a clear direction, recommend materials and processes, and make a sample to the agreed design before you approve bulk production.

Only an idea or a blurry reference? Start there.
You do not need a finished tech pack or high-resolution artwork to start a conversation. Show us your sketch, logo, print reference or the hoodie you have in mind.
We can help clarify the design, redraw unclear artwork and prepare a more usable file. We also recommend fabric and decoration options to suit the look you want. The design, placement and garment details are agreed with you before sampling.
Already have production-ready artwork? Send it with your design. Our artwork preparation guide explains useful file and placement details.
From pattern pieces to a packed hoodie.
Follow the main making stages, with a closer look at cutting, decoration, assembly and finishing.
Pattern development & cutting
The agreed design becomes pattern pieces for the body, sleeves, hood and rib. Fabric is cut into the required shapes, then the panels are grouped for the following operations.

Cut panels, ready for assembly Decoration on the cut panels
Artwork size, colour and placement are agreed with the design. Panel decoration can be completed before assembly; the raised print shown here adds texture to the front of the hoodie.

Puff-print detail Sleeves, hood & garment assembly
The cut pieces are brought together through the planned sewing operations. Sleeves, hood, rib and hem details form the finished shape and construction of the garment.

Seams and garment appearance are checked against the approved sample and agreed requirements. Loose threads and visible workmanship issues are identified and addressed during finishing.

Pressing tidies the garment for presentation. Drawcords and the remaining finishing details are completed in line with the selected design.

The hoodie is folded and packed using the agreed presentation. Labels, hangtags and packaging requirements are coordinated with the garment design.

Folding and individual packing
Agree the design. Approve the sample. Then produce.
We confirm the design and garment details with you before making the sample. Review the finished sample, share any changes, and approve it when you are satisfied. That approval is the starting point for bulk production.
The quote follows the actual brief: fabric, construction, print or embroidery, trims and quantity. You can begin with the information you have; we will help resolve the remaining choices.
Custom hoodie questions.
Can I start with an idea instead of a finished design file?
Yes. Share the idea, sketch or reference images you have. DRIOV can help develop the design, redraw unclear artwork and recommend suitable fabric and processes. Artwork and garment details are agreed before sampling.
Is this a fully custom hoodie or a print added to a blank?
This is the cut-and-sew route: the fit, pattern, fabric, construction and branding can be developed around your requirements. If you prefer an existing garment shape as your starting point, review the blank hoodies range instead.
How is a custom hoodie quote prepared?
The quote is based on your requirements, including fabric, construction, decoration, trims and order quantity. Send your available design, logo or print artwork, or describe your idea so we can discuss an appropriate specification and quote.
When does bulk production start?
The design and garment details are agreed first, and the sample is made to that design. Bulk production follows your review and approval of the sample.
